Lifting aft surgery: Need to takes easy. Returning to weight lifting soon after abdominal surgery not a smart choice. I am sure you have a follow up within week or two with the surgeon. I would recommend not to lift until you see him or he clears you to go back to lifting.

Guide: There should be no heavy lifting for 8 weeks as only 60% of the incision is fully healed after 6 weeks. You must be cleared by a qualified physician before being cleared for full duty as a firefighter. Light duty, if it's an option, would be reasonable after 2 weeks.

: An uncomplicated appendectomy would not affect your ability to get pregnant.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

: your problem does not seem to be related to surgery but digestion. Try to figure out the foods which give you gas and eliminate them and you should be OK. Also chewing food with the mouth closed helps.
