Stomach bloating &amp; hardness may be from persistent pregnancy hormones, an indication that some placental tissue may still remain.   This isn't a diagnosis, just a concern.  Please?

You might still feel pregnancy symptoms after a miscarriage since hormone levels are still elevated but hopefully decreasing. Follow up with your obgyn to make sure hormone levels drop to zero.

Also, if not all of the fetal tissues were removed, the level will persist.
