I had an abortion 2 weeks ago. i was 7 almost 8 weeks. i no longer have symptoms of pregnancy,but my stomach is still bloated and feels hard at times?

Elective abortion, while exceedingly safe, is still an invasive procedure that can cause hemorrhage, infection & occasional long-term complications. Stomach bloating & hardness may be from persistent pregnancy hormones, an indication that some placental tissue may still remain. This isn't a diagnosis, just a concern. Please?
