Abortion: Pregnancy hormone levels can remain positive for approximately 30 days after an abortion. It also depends if you had a surgical therapy for a miscarriage or a natural abortion. You might still feel pregnancy symptoms after a miscarriage since hormone levels are still elevated but hopefully decreasing. Follow up with your obgyn to make sure hormone levels drop to zero.
