Even if there were no killer diseases, there are other threats  that could draw its attention. The key is to address the anxiety. Worthwhile discussing your concerns with your primary care physician or a counselor. Note: diphtheria, smallpox, plague, &amp; tetanus, were once widespread killers - but no longer.

Both: If you have a therapist to help you gradually increase the amount of interaction with workplace colleagues, slowly doing so will probably become a part of your treatment! however, it can help to role-play or imagine the interactions first with the therapist.

Glad you want help: I hope you can find it confidentially, but since you are underage it might be hard to prevent parent(s) knowing a bit. Don't let that stop you though. Tell people up front how important it is to you. Perhaps you can offer your promise to not self-harm for their agreement to not reveal things you want private. Permission from a parent to treat does not = a right to know content. I'm hoping you win.

COVID 19 concerns:  Sorry, I know you have inquired about this a number of times but there is not a solid answer. Were you the gentleman whose friends like to play cards but will not wear masks?  Until there is a well disseminated, effective vaccine- I think it is still prudent to stay away from people who are not willing to wear masks or to socially distance themselves. Take care.

New home/new friends: Moving is difficult to adjust for some children. Try making it easy by making sure u have phone numbers of old friends u r leaving behind. Throw a block party or invite class mates over for an afternoon play date. Some schools have programs for new students and their families to welcome them to the school community. Make sure u are there for your child but do not be over bearing.

Friends: I would suggest limiting contact with the friend you dislike.  Hopefully you can discuss your feelings with with your girlfriend.  She may or  may not do anything about the situation.  If she doesn't there's not a lot you can do after voicing your feelings as she is an adult.  Hope this helps a bit.
