Brain tumor: It is possible but is very unlikely. Specially if  the symptoms you have now are the same you had 2 1/2 years ago. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor. He may be able to determine what is the problem causing your symptoms and relief you level if anxiety.

Depends: It depends on the type of tumor. Some such as glioblatoma multiforme can grow very rapidly causing onset of symptoms and death within a few months. Others such as a meningioma can grow very slowly and might take decades to cause symptoms.

Well: At age19 years it is uncommon to have brain tumor that will be missed on MRI. Did not mention while you believe you have a brain tumor.

how fast can an aggressive brain tumor grow? i know i am crazy but any input greatly appreciated. was having headaches--had a negative mri 93 days ago. headaches again. it is not possible for a tumor to grow that fast and cause symptoms correct?

: If your MRI was normal than you dont have a tumor. Most causes of headaches are not from tumor and they cause headache in later stages. No the tumor will not grow and cause headache in 93 days. Keep yourself occupied with positive thoughts and some activity like social work, charity or with friends. Good luck.

Doesn't happen: A brain tumor will not erode through the skull. It can push on, and grow into, the brain and that certainly can be fatal but not by growing outside of the skull.

Probably not tumor: The chances that you have a brain tumor after four months after a negative had scanned are very very low. The headaches and symptoms you're feeling may be simple migraine headaches unrelated to any tumor it is worth your time to see a neurologist to evaluate the headaches if they continue.

Confusion,: Dizziness, memory loss, slurred speech, loss of balance, weakness on one side of the body, seizures or blurred or double vision could signal a stroke or brain tumor, so always demand prompt medical action in those circumstances. Isolated headache is rarely caused by brain tumors.

Depends on type: The type and grade of the tumor will determine the growth rate. If the brain tumor is  benign, it may grow slowly for months to years before causing symptoms (ie. Meningioma). If the tumor is malignant or aggressive, it will grow rapidly over about 6-12 weeks. Manifestation of symptoms depends on location. If it is adjacent to areas that control movement or speech, the symptoms are seen sooner.
