Get care ASAP: Dehydration? Potassium excess or deficiency? Or maybe the underlying problem needing furosemide (heart or liver disease? high blood pressure?) You are right to be concerned; you should be checked out in person right away. Contact the doctor or clinic treating you; probably someone is covering for the weekend even if your own doctor isn't available, Otherwise go to an urgent care clinic. Good luck.

Depends!: It depends on kidney functions and or the type of the diuretic.Some diuretics retain potassium.Check with your md!

Yes, a few options: Sorry to hear- that is a lot of pills. Take calcium citrate with your meals since acid will increase absorption. Discuss with your endocrinologist whether low dose Chlorthalidone (to lower urinary calcium loss, so maybe u can cut down # of calcium pills- very cheap), or Forteo (injected, synthetic parathyroid hormone, but very expensive). Either way, switching regimen req close calcium monitoring.

Start taking fewer..: If in general good health, a woman can just start taking fewer calories. Losing weight is about math. Calories IN must be fewer than calories USED, in order to lose weight. If calories IN are even 100 more than calories used each day, a woman will notice her weight increasing. First, avoid sugars and simple (white, plain) starches. Also avoid drinks with sugar or cream. Good luck! No pills needed.

: Congratulations.  Losing weight. reducing salt intake and increasing K intake will lower BP.  Perhaps. you no longer need BP meds. Discuss with your Dr about stopping or decreasing/stopping meds further. The best way to avoid the need for BP meds is to move to the DASH eating plan. Get this book.  
DASH Diet for Hypertension  ISBN 9780743410076, Check BP every day as systolic will be down in week.

i was on olmetec plus 20/.12.5 the water pill was dropped  how long until the 12.5 mg of the water pill  is out of my system  i'm on 20 mg of olmetec?

24 hours: It should be out of your system in 24 hours -- but the biological effect lingers for about a week or so.
