i'm muslim and i do "puasa" for month. i don't eat/drink anything more than 12 hours. so what foods are better to bring good condition for me?

Fasting: If you are generally healthy fasting from sunrise to sunset will not harm you.  If you have an illness you are not required to fast.
Great foods are high in protein with balanced carbohydrates, and moderate or minimal fats.
Recommendations:  salmon, peanut butter, 
tofu, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, potatoes (in moderation), flax seed oil, olive oil, hard boiled eggs (2 per day).  Water.

family history of heart disease, don't smoke drink or do drugs. i'm 50yrs old what exercises should i do and what foods to eat to keep  arteries clean?

Any exercise: For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Very low: Risk factors for heart disease include heredity, behavior and other diseases. You did not give any information about your family history or any co-existing disorders. I trust that you do not use tobacco. To reduce your risk eat a balanced diet low in saturated fats, control your weight and exercise about 150 minutes or more/wk. See this site.

You get drunk: While alcohol is a disinfectant and does kill germs and while there is some evidence that drinking alcohol with raw oysters lessens one's risk of getting disease, i wouldn't count on it as a method to avoid food-poisoning.  You'd have to drink so much to kill bacteria that you'd be drunk and lot's of food poisoning involves a toxin from bacteria which isn't killed by heat or alcohol!

i have celiac disease, every time i eat even if it's gluten free food or drink a beverage i get really bloated. something more than celiac?

Complex issue: Sometimes gluten sensitive people also have food sensitivities to other proteins.Cow milk,egg,,corn,chocolate are a few that bother one patient I follow. There are also food additives, especially red #40, that can cause digestive issues. Your doc may be able to check you for other food sensitivities. You may also want to visit a clinical dietitian to get an idea how to work with this.

can i eat spicy foods and fast foods?

Kidney disease: Yes spicy and fast foods is not a problem. Should drink around 75oz of water daily. Avoid over the counter anti-inflammatories. Get regular labs done to keep monitoring the kidney function.

It depends: Maybe it depends on what was in the food and drink.  Something intoxicating, perhaps?  Or perhaps the person was intoxicated before taking the bite of food & drink?

Liquid Diet: Ensure is a complete human diet and can sustain life indefinitely if adequate amounts are consumed, retained and digested.  Some patients may need additional water or variations that supply more protein or fiber.  In a bedridden patient, as little as 1200 calories per day may be needed.  Each patient's needs should be assessed by a dietitian or physician.

Depends on : Your initial body weight and fat reserves so it varies person to person. Not a nice way to die as the body will digest itself for needed nutrients once the fat reserves are gone. If i was to guess and average i would say 60-90 days.
