: Prostatitis is very uncommon at your age. If your testicles are normal you do not need an ultrasound. ejaculation could be after prostate exam tho it is rare. Your pain will be gone soon. If you continue to have problems see another gentler Urologist.

is stool examination and h pylori test really necessary for gastrointestinal problems and pain from abdomen to intestine? i also don't burp after i eat food and my stomach gets filled after eating small amount .doctor pls help me

No..: There is a office based 10 min blood test....that will help.

why does the upper right side of my belly stick out a little? i am not pregnant. my blood and metabolic tests are normal. during physical exams, the doctors don't feel anything. first noticed this two years ago, no symptoms or growth?

: Mild asymmetry of the abdominal wall isn't unusual as some of the muscles may not be lined up perfectly. As long as the umbilicus is in the midline and physical examination showed no other abnormalities like hernia or marked separation of the rectus muscles,  I wouldn't be concerned.

does an ercp procedure allow the doctor to see and examine a patient's liver besides other areas like the gb, common bile duct, pancreas etc?

: Not liver or gall bladder.  They can see ampulla of Vater opening of duct and may be able to see inside this into pancreas. They may inject contrast to see pancreatic and bile ducts. I would ask the ERCPer.

my sister who is 11 years old had a severe abdominal pain at both right and left sides also at her hub and she was examined for blood and stool parasites and the result showed there is infection in her blood what will be its medical indication doctor?

: I do not understand hub.  I do not know where you live but infection IN blood may be malaria, or other mosquito borne infections of the blood.  Or was it that the blood was showing signs of infection someplace that is the white blood cell count high.  You cannot give us too much information. Do not hold back. The more we know the more we can help.

can pcos cause upper abdominal tenderness? my doctor examined that area while diagnosing pcos. pain increases and decreases with weight loss and weight gain?

PCOS: I wouldn't expect upper abdominal discomfort and tenderness in uncomplicated PCOS. Inflammation of the stomach lining(gastritis),peptic ulcer, pancreatitis or gall bladder disorder are more likely causes. Since these symptoms occur repeatedly, I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for evaluation, testing and advice.

I don't quite: Understand your question because i don't know what you mean by wall.  But ct scans are very accurate in delineating anatomical defects.  So if physical examination is inconclusive, ct scan will usually show all anatomical defects.
