Depends: As you can imagine all breasts are different, so i wasn't sure what your intention was with this question?  Normal breasts have an areaola, a nipple, ductal tissue, lymph tissue and fat.  Obviously they can be a cup to j cup.  They can be symmetric or asymmetric.  If your question was more specific, be sure to ask again.

May be normal: she may have had an uneven response to thelarche or she may have one breast that will be smaller than the other.
a hypoplastic breast is easily remedied with plastic surgery.
in the meantime waiting a few years won't hurt much and it may even out.

: Galactorrhea (nipple discharge):
could be watery, milky, purulent, bloody, or multicolored; could be associated with elevated blood prolactin level or hypothyroidism with elevated TSH or with use of medications.
See your PCP.

? Shrinking ?: In early puberty it is common for one side to come out and develop earlier than the other, but the other side generally will catch up within a year or so. Some difference in the final  fullness of either side is also common.I have not heard of any that shrank during this process.

Push-ups : Well push ups are the best exercise to improve chest muscle appearance. Aim to 200 a day over time. Also diet plays a big role but see a doctor to make sure hormones are where they are supposed to be.  Diet is important and you should minimize carbohydrates and sugars and increase healthy fats and protein.

Old  blood under: skin- may take 2-3 weeks to resolve.

Possible allergy: Red rashes after cream applications can be a sign of an allergic reaction.  Topical or oral benadryl could help the rash improve.  If rash remains for longer than a few days, recommend evaluation by a doctor.

i have itty bitty black heads all over both breasts, it looks like my skin is very porous but its blackheads. how do i treat it? what causes this?

Dermatologist: I am not sure of the cause but a Dermatologist can evaluate the blackheads and recommend Rx.

: Sweat glands can become blocked, with the accumulated fluid appearing as a "black dot", and when it spontaneously "opens" or opens due to external pressure, the fluid released leave a widened opening temporarily.  Not a serious problem.

post fire verification in breast biopsy u/s images doesn't look like its right in the lesion... looks more on the edge but hard to tell bc u/s looks blurry.dr said very confident it was in the lesion?

Follow your  doctor : It is heard to read ultrasound unless  you have had some  training . It is more likely that  doctor  is right . However you can seek a second opinion.
