Black Mold: Very hard to tell what type of mold it is by just looking at it. There are lots of different molds out there that can have a dark or black color. The best way to identify is to have experts take samples to determine what mold you are dealing with.

Bleach: You can spray bleach on all areas where you see mold, keep the area dry, vent it out and if possible fix the leaky windows.

: Because semi-sealed spaces can still grow mold without letting it into the inside air in a high enough concentration to detect, your best option would be to do more invasive inspections to detect mold. A knowledgeable company will target their inspection to areas known to be at high risk such as bathrooms, near faucets, near windows, etc. It is vital to mitigate mold in order to avoid illness.

No guarantee: There is no guarantee that one would get sick from such an exposure. There is a lot at play here, including the strength of your immune system.  One cannot predict infection or illness.

i sprayed mold with chlorine on a small wall. 5 days later i went to the dr. i have strep. chlorine had nothing to do with me being sick 5 days later?

Strep Throat: The streptococcal pharyngitis would be from a bacteria - not from the chlorine. However, I can't say if  gas from chemicals further irritated the tissues of your throat.

No: A person with a healthy immune system should not be infected by this type of a problem, and thus it should not result in an increased wbc.
