I am not aware: of data using Ibrutinib to treat plasma cell leukemia. It is being used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia which is a different disease

Need repeat tests: Immature granulocytes can be caused by a recent infection. Since I don't know your medical history and symptoms, it is hard to advice. I'm sure your physician will repeat the labs in the near future to make sure the CBC is back to normal.

Call Oncologist: There are a large amount of information on different approaches to manage toxicity based upon the response of the cml. It is expected that people will live for decades with CML on treatment. There are dose changes and other agents to be considered.
Don't stop the drug. Have a discussion with your oncologist about the options for you to be functional.

What test?: What leukemia? What treatment? If this is a quantitative pcr for monitoring of CML then there could be some concern about loss of response. Need more precise information here to help.

Consultation time: You need to confer with the physician that ordered the bloodwork.There is a phenomen known as a leukemoid reaction where a non leukemia can present a similar blood picture, but there are also new cases of leukemia diagnosed every week. The success of treatment has progressed greatly in the past 3 decades. Please contact the doc and sort it out.Good luck.

CBC with diff: If one of the routine tests you doctor orders is CBC with diff it will catch almost all leukemias.

It is not: possible to have leukemia with a normal CBC. The bone pain from leukemia is from pressure in the marrow from excess bad cell production

went to doc for bruise today she said it was nothing to worry about it came out of nowhere though she didnt do blood work though as i had a lot of blood tests done 6 weeks ago all were great could leukemia still be an issue no other symptoms ?

Not leukemia: There are many causes for fatigue but a normal CBC makes it unlikely to be Leukemia. You can check your Thyroid levels and other tests by your GP
