Not sure..: It's just never a good idea to smoke while pregnant. Ever.  And because there is no positive effect, why take a chance? Think if you were the fetus.  Would you want your mom to smoke while you were trying to grow and survive? And if something were to go wrong with your pregnancy or the baby, why take the chance of living your life wondering if something you did caused it. Just don't do it!

Seek fertility MD:  With a j pouch you are no longer on chemo type drugs. You should wait up to 6 months after stopping certain chemo meds like methotrexate before trying to conceive. Pelvic surgery involved in a j-pouch lowers the odds of having a pregnancy by 5times. There is only a small risk of increase in congenital problems but low birth weight and preterm births can happen more often. Talk to fertility MD.

Healthy lifestyle: You need to eat a balanced diet with a great variety of fresh vegetables (green leafy, celery, zucchini, green beens, cabbage family, root vegetables, less nightshades; grapefruit and other tropical fruit in the morning for enzymes, goat and sheep dairy, sockeye salmon, containing astaxanthin, sardines, chicken, turkey, some beef, plenty of sping water. Adequate sleep and mild to moderate exercise.

Improved pregnancy: Vitamins only pay a small role.  Multiple factors involve including your physical and mental health condition, exercise, sleep, frequency and timing of your sex. One year of trying is not excessive.  A positive and relax attitude may help. Lastly, talk to your family doctor and get a physical exam and sperm count on your spouse to rule out other abnormalities.

Slight problem: If you have more than 3 abortions then there is a small increase in fertility issues and pregnancy issues. However if it isn't the right time for a pregnancy for you then abortion is a reasonable choice. But what you need is a better form of birth control so you don't need to go through all this again. See your doctor.

Maybe: There are a few different medications used for causing  abortions.  Without knowing which one you are using,  I am limited in my response.  Some cause birth defects and change the way the ovaries work.  Some doctors think too many abortions may cause difficulties carrying future pregnancies.  If you are having sex that much, why not use  something to prevent  pregnancy?

Abortion should not: Be used as birth control, you need to get on reliable birth control !  the more times u have a termination, the more chance you can have a complication, or it can cause problems with your cervix, if u are going to have a 3rd it should be your last as, u need birth control, most women who have 3 do not have a problem but your cervix will need to be monitored more closely when u do decide to keep.
