Rare event: Bad sinusitis does not just evolve into csf leak, BUT, if it were to happen, there are other more practical ways that involve dyes and MRI or CT scan that could diagnose this

Depends. : If the leak is exposed to the outside environment or to cavities that have bacteria sitting there, then yes you are and will need the leak treated immediately. Go to your ER if this is the case.

No: A CSF leak would allow for the entrance of bacteria to the cerebral spinal fluid.  It is not contagious.

Yes: They certainly are common symptoms, but meningitis causes high fever and mental status changes.  You haven't said why you might have a CSF leak.

CSF leak: CSF leak is very serious. This should be closed. If this is into the nasal chamber, blowing your nose can force bacteria into your brain. 
The doctor can test the leak to see if it is from your spinal cord or eslewhere.

Yes...but: Some people do get a watery runny nose. However, a true CSF leak proven by studies means there is a portal germs can get through and kill you eventually. It is not prudent to avoid finding out if it is a true leak.

Leak: I do not believe that the cisternogram will cause you any problems if the doctor feels it is now it is necessary I would suggest you go ahead and have it done

Ask the surgeon: This is a question best answered by the surgeon who did your repair. S/he will understand what amount of self driven venous pressure it can tolerate.
