See below: Establish routine, schedule, to make your environment more predictable. Self-care routine -- set a times of the day for exercising, hobbies,  reading, (doesn't have to be done all at once, but even 15min.), work on me time. Practice relaxation, positive visualizations -- you can find scripts on line or in the library. If you're being treated, stay compliant with treatment. Good luck!

Do you mean what can: He do? Talking therapy (such as cognitive behavioral therapy or insight oriented psychotherapy) is extremely important for lasting change. Psychiatric medications may be indicated. Here are some basics: don't isolate. Spend time with people. Having a support system is very important. Get out. Don’t stagnate at home.  Work to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night ; eat as healthfully as possible.
