i have been breaking out with these bumps all over my body in different places. a bump will appear and get bigger and come to a head and start draining a clear liquid. this all happens over a period of a week or so. do you have any idea what it could be?

That : That is a concerning history  there are multiple skin conditions that can cause this.  Do you have a history of MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus)?  You need to have this evaluated and that is very important.  If you develop redness, red streaks, swelling or fever, or any shortness of breath, then you must be seen as an emergency.

Positional vertigo: It might be benign positional vertigo.  A neurologist or otologist can perform the appropriate tests.

Protective secretion: Skin may become oily for a number of reasons. It has many small glands used to provide a thin covering of oil-like secretions often accumulated from proteins in the skin. This protects the skin from dehydration, bacteria and other elements. Depending on diet, health and genetics your skin may release more or less oil than the next person.

Low pressure headach: Would see neurologist to be checked if there is some reason that you might have a "low pressure" headache. This is the pressure of your spinal fluid not your blood pressure.

Paresthesias: paresthesias are uncomfortable skin sensations. These are  more  often related to similar symptoms elsewhere. These are benign. You physician can evaluate you to see if there are  other  causes  such as neurological that  may be related to these symptoms.
