Although venous stasis is the most common leg ulcer, and is often complicated by thrombosed veins and infection and arterial insufficiency and obesity and prolonged sitting and lymphatic failure, there are other kinds of ulcers. Sometimes they are ulcerated cancers or pyoderma gangrenosum or inflam

Clarify: Please give us the name of the drug.  Do you mean depo provera?  Or the depot form of another drug??

No: this looks rather like an infection, possibly a viral infection, rest, fluids, and pain killers, avoid NSAIDs though as you have gastritis, if no improvement or symptoms progress, see your doctor, wish you well

No diagnosis: Anyone who could tell you what you have without examining it would be both foolish and possibly dangerous.  Even dental experts will  tell you that a visual exam is  sometimes not  enough, but it certainly is the bare minimum.  Find yourself a reputable dentist and have this examined before you participate in the dangerous practice of self-treating - it  is  unwise to count on someone's "guess".

someone took decadron elixir 5 ml 3 times a day(for a week now) for tongue ulcer,however no improvement in pain or ulcer.what does this say about the ulcer?also when does decadron leave body completely after stopping?and does it need gradual stopping

Tongue ulcer: Consult an oral surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment. Perhaps topical treatment with a medication suitable for oral use would be much more effective than oral decadron which is swallowed. In the meantime try bathing the tongue in maalox or apply glyoxide drops on the tongue. In my experience these can help.

Aphthous ulcers: Aphthous stomatitis involving the common canker sore can occur in up to 15% of americans, and may involve some bacteria like staph epidermidis. However, similar-appearing aphthous ulcers can be seen with herpes, crohn's disease, and other systemic disorders, if you have multiple aphthous ulcers or frequently recurring ones please have the lesions checked out.

Yes, no problem: the type of protein you take should not affect what happens with your hemorrhoids. But do eat a lot of fiber and vegetables to avoid constipation which can make hemorrhoids worse.

is it more likely to vomit or poop blood from an ulcer? which is more concerning? and why would your body do one or the other?

Vomit: Varies with volume of bleeding.
Small amounts may just pass and turn stool dark or black- tarry.
Large amounts may irritate enough to cause vomiting bright red blood. Either is bad and needs attention!
