Same as w/o: your period - except it may be better to use a pad because each time a tampon is removed it can also remove some of the anti-fungal cream that is in the vagina. Take care.

Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.

Azole drug: If you've had vaginal yeast infections before and your symptoms are similar, probably your self diagnosis is correct. If uncertain, see a doctor. Excellent over-the-counter treatments are several "azole" drugs (miconazole, clotrimazole, many others). All are equally effective; you can safely choose the least costly. For sure see a doctor if it doesn't clear up your symptoms after a week.

Family practice : I would recommend going to an urgent care. Have an urinalysis and possibly a cbc. You could have your yeast infection treated at that time.
