Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Kidding???: Pubic hair is a normal part of being 16.  If it ever stops growing, you'll have a bigger problem. I realize that the current fashion is to look virtually pre-pubescent, but if you don't want pubic hair, you'll just have to get rid of it.  I recommend trimming, not shaving.  Shaving can cause serious bacterial infections.  Trim carefully, when you're wide awake, sober and have a steady hand.

: You mean you lost scalp hair long time ago and now you are losing body hair (eyebrow, facial, pubic hair), is it correct? If that is the case, you suffers from alopecia totalis or universalis. Treatment is limited but you should consult a dermatologist. Fortunately, most cases resolve spontaneously within a year.

repeat the other side of pubic region and let warm water run and you are done.
