Simple: The unaffected limb is constrained, so the weaker limb is forced to work more, like patching the strong eye to strengthen the 'lazy' eye.

Etiology?: I'd have to know the reason you have dysphagia to know your prognosis, and also the type of therapy you are getting to see if it's even a proven therapy. Hard to say what the natural course of this problem is, until you find out what it is !

Psych issue: You need a good psychiatrist working closely with your primary care physician.  I'm thinking good cognitive behavioral therapy and/or psychotherapy, in concert with a good primary care doc taking care of your actual problem of asthma and keeping it under control would be best.

i had knee surgery in 2003 n didn't do physical therapy and i'm a runner my leg is still a lot weaker than my left?can i make it as strong as my left

Possibly: It all depends on what kind of knee surgery you had back then. Was the cartilage injured, was there a meniscal tear, etc.  If it is just a strength issue then yes you can rehab.

asked therapist if she believed what i tell her in therapy.all she said was that she knows my distress is real.  how can i open up if im not believed?

Sounds like she did: NOT actually answer the question.  If you are unable to discuss this with her might be time for a change.  I would say that the statement that she" knows my distress is real" is reassuring and she may still be able to help you. Work with her to figure it out.

i have clamydia. i was on summamed antibiotics (strong). how many days after therapy can i do vaginal swab?

10 days: doxycycline 10 days therapy should be sufficient therapy for chlamydia  swab after 10 days would be a good idea

in the last 3yrs my rnp rised from 1.0 to 1.7, my ana was 1:80, no illnesas. should i check if they rised after strong hormonal ivf therapy?

No: Both of those levels are not significant. If you have no issues there is no reason to keep repeating those tests.

Go see your doctor: You "feel" behind in development but it's not clear that you've been "diagnosed" as behind in development. Sure, most people want to be taller & stronger. The trestment depends on the extent of the injury to the fibrocsrtilage - is it merely sprained (stretched) or is it torn? Physical therapy is indicated after appropriate stabilization and medical or surgical treatment.

its written,ppi takes 2-3 days to kick in but stronger effects over long term, whereas rantidine works in 30 minutes. is zantac more powerful for stomach protection if acute treatment with nsaid therapy to be given only for 1 day? i am sensitive?

: No, both of PPI or H2 blocker 2-3 days to work initially. If you have a sensitive stomach and you receive NSAID only 1 or 2 days, just take the antacid, 10 -15 cc every 6 hours and take NSAID with full stomach. Ranitidine is no longer approved in the US. Some pharmaceutical companies use the name Zantac but the ingredient is Famotidine not Ranitidine.
