Symptoms: Low blood pressure is a problem if it falls quickly or is associated with symptoms like fainting. If her blood pressure is routinely at 95/56 and she does not have symptoms, that is normal for her.

Low BP: Mild cases of symptomatic low BP can often be treated by drinking more fluid and in some cases eating more salt. More severe cases need other testing and treatments. To get to the bottom of these symptoms a physician would want a detailed history and maybe some basic tests.

Hawthorne,licorice &amp;: Salt only raises BP significantly in a minority of people!
Licorice root often raises BP. Hawthorne berries can raise it for those with low BP.

Yes: Postural hypotension means, by definition, that the BP falls when you assume an upright posture.  The starting BP isn't necessarily low. For instance, supine BP could be 200/100 and with standing, BP might fall to 160/70: this is also postural hypotension.

Blood pressure: In general 112/50 is normal.  If you have orthostatic symptoms, it could be related to the baseline lowish blood pressure complicated by hypovolemia, venous insufficiency or other conditions. It would be a good idea to see your doctor and have the orthostatic symptoms evaluated.

Not sure: Not sure what you have, but starvation could cause all 3. Are you on a special diet? Chronic blood loss (eg heavy periods) would cause the first 2. Finally, chronic pancreatitis could cause all 3 - do you have abdominal pain?

Posterior Pituitary: tumors are rare. Clinically one may see diabetes insipidus and symptoms due to mass effect (including hypopituitarism due to compression / involvement of the pituitary stalk) In general the majority of pituitary microadenomas (less than 1 cm) are asymptomatic. I would consult with an endocrinologist and a neurologist if you have not already done so.
