Oral Health: Gingivitis is the inflammation of the gingiva (gums) surrounding your teeth It is usually generalized but can be localized to one area. An aphthous ulcer (canker sore) is a lesion that will present on your oral mucosa and although painful, will resolve on its own in about two weeks. From the symptoms you described it is best to see a local dentist for treatment while you still have teeth to treat.

 You may have Strep throat ( because of Sore Throat)  also.
 some times Aphthous Ulcer ( usually around Menstrual period) can cause ulcer on gums and on cheeks ,
 Vitamine deficiency can cause red sore tongue and Cracks along the angle of mouth.

Options: based on your description that is an upper right 2nd bicuspid or tooth #4,  If behind means on the palatal side of the tooth, it could be an ulcer or abscess.  If behind means close to the tooth behind it, it could be a gum or bone problem.  Suggest you see a dentist for a definitive diagnosis and treatment

Canker sores: are not pleasant and can be very painful. Canker sore is the most common oral lesions. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. The condition is idiopathic (the cause is not known) and recurrent aphthous ulcers are usually self-limiting. Your dentist may prescribe an antimicrobial mouth rinse corticosteroid ointment to control the pain and irritation.
