Unlikely to happen: At nineteen your growth centers have likely closed and you are unlikely to grow taller.If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist/hand can be analysed for bone maturity &amp; see if more growth is possible.Good nutrition, rest and exercise allow a person to reach their tallest height while the opposite will stunt growth.No medication will increase height after growth centers close

Height is genetic...: A 17 year-old might grow taller if he grew some the past year, and his growth plates have not fused. The pediatrician's growth chart for him can tell if growth has stopped. To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing and shoes, and have good posture. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).

A bone maturity more consistent with 14 would leave some room for growth.
