how do i get rid of brown pigmentation on my skin caused by psoriasis?

The brown......: The pigmentation is caused by several factors.  Inflammation can cause leakage of red blood cells into the skin, causing " rusting of the iron in the rbc hgb. Also, if you scratch and abrade psoriasis lesions, you get a low grade infection, which will permanently discolor skin. People will scratch unknowingly in sleep. The brown caused by rbc will leave slowly. The other will diminish little.

Dark spots with psor: If your psoriasis is now cleared up the dark areas are the pignentations left. These will clear over time. No real treatments. Leave them along and they should get better.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you  and it would be improper to prescribe any medication without examining you. There are effective treatments of psoriasis, if that is what you have, but you should see a doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See details: Psoriasis is very treatable with conventional therapies especially biologics. Ultraviolet laser therapy is very similar to conventional light therapy and is not likely to br covered by insurance.

Larger areas of involvement may require immunosuppressant therapy like Methotrexate or new immune-modulator drugs like infliximab, etanercept, etc. The latter drugs have many side effects and precautions; so you should be under the care of a specialist in those.
