my wife was diagnosed covid 19 positive with her first symptoms on the 12th of december 2020.  i immediately moved  into spareroom.  her last symptoms were on 24th december 2020.  when will it be safe to move back into room? i did not get covid?

Best guess: In general most sites recommend at least 5 days after symptoms gone. Might be worthwhile to have her test again to be sure she is now negative. Make sure all areas she was in have been cleaned or sanitized with UV light or products and make sure both of you continue to support your immune systems with rest, liquids and supplements as necessary. Can be age related: Some pain is osteoarthritis (joint inflammation) caused by years of wear and tear on the body or it may be because of injury. Some early morning pain and stiffness is muscular. Before starting any exercises consult your doctor. Your doctor may do blood tests and x-rays to rule out dangerous causes. Often morning gentle stretching (like yoga) is helpful. Common issue: Premature ejactulation is a common issue and one where the medication some try is actually an antidepressant where it is used for the sole purpose of the side effect of delaying ejactulation, not for depression.  Otherwise, kegel exercises and working with your partner on start and stop techniques before you get to climax are other options.Other issue is natural response, called refractory period.

No, no, and no: If one has an u/s that says 9weeks 6days pregnant, then just count backwards 9weeks 6days from the day of the u/s, to get the LMP estimate. A 9week 6day u/s is pretty good at setting the pregnancy-related dates.

Time mostly: Other factors: good health,  lower stress , good sex drive prior to pregnancy, support one has for new born & themselves. It  may also depend on how long it takes for estrogen levels to return to normal. Probably most important is having a good experience with the new baby & an understanding & supportive mate. Positive expectations  are helpful. The length of time can vary greatly.

Don't stress out: It will come back. You are going through hormonal changes every day. If you are breasfeeding, it may come back once you stop it or along the way but later on. Can you be depressed? Post partum depression may be the culprit! if not depressed, just wait a few more months and it will get better.

There are OTC: sleep aids available, including Melatonin and Zquil, among other options. Speak to a pharmacist at the local pharmacy to show them to you. Don't drink caffeine or watch TV! Best of luck!

Depoprovera shot: Is the shot i assume you are talking about. Sometimes it can take up to 6 months to get your period back.
