May go away: Capillary hemangiomas will generally grow faster than the kid for about 6-10 m, slow then start to shrink down into the skin leaving a pale or parchment like surface by the age of 4.Rarely do they need any work.I it was not large at birth it will likely fade completely.Some dermatologists might treat to decrease size.Discuss your concerns with your dr ; get a 2nd opinion if u feel the need.

Acne: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day ; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Exfoliate occasionally. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

i have a big forehead and am thinking of getting my hairline moved down in a couple of years. i do get keloids. will these procedures scar my skin?

Don't do it : If you get keloids don't do this procedure. Try a wig or other cosmetic improvement. I would not want you to have large keloids on your face. Good luck. See plastic surgery expert for definitive advice.

Acne: There are many causes of acne--oil, cleansing, hormones, etc. There are so many great prescription treatments for acne now--both topical and oral.  Much of the otc cleansers, washes, masks, toners and lotions don't do much.  Go see your doctor to get a regimen tailored to the type of pimples you have.

i never break out and now all on my forehead are tiny red bumps with nothing but clear stuff whenever they even get that big i thought it was a fungus?

Need more info: It would be helpful to know your age. It does not sound like a fungus but maybe acne. Please make an appointment with your family physician or a dermatologist. Do it soon. American physicians want to keep women looking their best.

Manage it: I'm going to assume this actually is acne. Don't try to figure out the cause, but assume it's unrelated to lifestyle, hygiene or diet. With lesions on your trunk, you'll need a physician's Rx. Start with over-the-counter topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated, maybe 5% 2x/day, and make your appointment. Spironolactone or the oral contraceptive pill may be your first Rx.

Warm Compresses: Hard to say what it is from your description, but if it is red and sore i would start with some warm compresses.

Grieving Time: Hello, 
Once you get a big one,  my recommendation is to first GRIEVE as this lump is likely not going away in the next 48 hours.  This grieving process will decrease stress and prevent the downward spiral.  
Then,  attack it with full fury with hot compresses many times a day and dry it up a bit. You also have the option of a cortisone injection.   Better prevention is key.

i had my first cold sore in april on upper lip edge , followed by a translucent looking pimple on forehead which had big white head in few days (this was in july) is it also a cold sore ? i tested positive for hsv 1. can i get cold sores on forehead?

: It would be rare to have an HSV1 outbreak on the forehead, but not impossible. If you have similar sores in the same location, herpes would be more likely. If not, probably that one episode was not herpes.

Post Shaving sores: This common problem from shaving may mean the instrument you are using to shave with is infected or dirty enough that you are getting infections. Then there is also the chance that the instrument you are using is not sharp enough and is damaging the skin..Thus leading to rash and infection.
