Neg HCG spotting: Follow up with an ob-gyn/urgent care/ER within 24-48 hours. You might benefit from a sonogram. Could be you were pregnant and the fetus died so the blood HCG after a few days/a week goes to negative. A sonogram would check for retained parts in the uterus or tubes. Most likely would repeat the HCG as well.

Need more info: This seems like a normal level for early pregnancy, but to be sure, you should state how many weeks you are. As long as you're having an appropriate rise in your HCG level (doubling every 48-72 hrs), then there's nothing to worry about. There's no need for you to continue checking your HCG level, however, unless you have concerns for miscarriage or your doctor recommends it. Congrats!

Not pregnant: If your blood level of HCG is less than 1,  you are not pregnant. There are other possible reasons for missing periods, including pcos or other hormonal problems.

: That is a positive test that suggests a healthy pregnancy so far. An ultrasound exam should see something in the uterus, possibly even cardiac activity. The HCG level starts near zero and at the beginning of pregnancy will double every two to three days, often going over 100,000 in the first trimester.
