Neg HCG spotting: Follow up with an ob-gyn/urgent care/ER within 24-48 hours. You might benefit from a sonogram. Could be you were pregnant and the fetus died so the blood HCG after a few days/a week goes to negative. A sonogram would check for retained parts in the uterus or tubes. Most likely would repeat the HCG as well.
