Rare. Less than 1/16: You have a rare form of anisometropia, where there is difference of more than 2 diopters (power) between the eyes. Only 1 in 16 people have anisometropia, but usually both eyes are nearsighted or farsighted (not 1 eye of each). The only known treatment that I know is refractive correction - glasses + contacts (in one eye) or glasses + lens surgery (in 1 or both eyes). It usually develops as child

A child in day-care/school is estimated to be "sick" about 60 days/year--yes, 60 days. This means 1 out of 6 days--vast majority of these sick days are from common colds.
