Not likely: The spleen is located toward the back and under the left ribs. The spleen would have to become quite large for someone to be able to feel it or cause local pressure feelings.

Splenomegaly: If she has already been evaluated and there is no specific cause, then it is an incidental enlargement. Most importantly, no blunt force trauma such as serious aerobic or strenuous sporting activity that can be jarring to the body.

No: Generally if it is big enough, a physician can feel it on physical exam.  Ultrasound or a ct scan would also be able to tell how big your spleen is.

Hi CRP/ LN: Could be mononucleosis, malaria or other infection or rarely could be issues like lymphoma. get mononucleosis titers IgM, igG, , get CBC, thick smear, blood cultures rest , may need biopsy if does not resolve in a month. Follow up with your doctor,

There  may be no pai: There usually is no pain from an enlarged  spleen - unless it is injured or ruptured.  A CT of the chest and abdomen should answer  your inquiry

Depends : Some spleens  remove damaged red blood cells  e.g. Sickle cells or spherocytes. Some remove platelets.  Other conditions can cause enlarged spleens without the above and the CBC may be normal. Your doctor should be working on finding the exact cause.

: If you have mononucleosis, your doctor should have examined your abdomen to determine whether your spleen is enlarged. Contact sports probably are little risk for rupture unless the spleen is quite large. However, your performance is likely to be reduced anyway, so if it doubt, it's probably best to take a sports break until you have recovered. Good luck.
