U don't want 2: This is normal skin and anatomy.  Leave it alone.  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  Why would you want to?   You will injury yourself if you do this or persist in attempting to do this.  Talk with your pcp or with a urologist or dermatologist and see if there is something going on elsewise.  Man, enjoy what you have for the reason you have it and leave the rest alone.  It is what it is!

No: If you have herpes you will get blisters in the same spot which heal in 1-2 weeks and then come again  in a few weeks or months.

Needs exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. You may be seeing normal anatomy such as hair follicles. Abnormal possible causes - herpes, syphilis, genital warts and others

Inflammation: It is unusual that zinc oxide provoked inflammation as it is often recommended for treatment of vulval irritation. Try switching to A&amp;D cream or coconut oil.

No: Topical treatment of sebaceous cyst (it is likely to be a Bartholin cyst) is not available. If it is troublesome, it would need to be removed surgically. Do not try to pop it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

if i had chlamydia for months & preejaculation contacted the labia minora, could i get prego? does chlamydia prevent pregnancies?

Pregnancy unlikely: Chlamydia does not prevent pregnancy. However, pre-ejaculate fluid on labia is low pregnancy risk, so probably no worrie there. However, it would be a bit unusual to have chlamydia for several months. Why do you suspect it? Have you been diagnosed? Treated? If any doubt about it, get medical care ASAP.

This could be due to: causes such as trauma, infection, irritation. If recurs see gynecologist for answers when swelling present

Yes that can be: A normal variant. Look up sebaceous hyperplasia. See if that doesn't describe your body's appearance. For some women that's normal. Sometimes biopsy is done if the diagnosis isn't certain.
