Laryngitis: Laryngitis can come from gerd. Head of bed elevated, no eating 3 hours before bedtime. Ask doctor about increasing Prilosec dose. Change of diet.
Is it postnasal drip? 

You can have polyps and growths in your larynx too, must be checked by specialist. 
Tobacco definitely leads to laryngitis. It is like rubbing sandpaper on your larynx.

is there any chance that the pfizer or moderna vaccine could cause health issues down the line? (after more than one year)such as blood clots, heart issues etc how can we be confident when no long term studies have been done?

: You're correct in that we don't have real long term studies yet, but after some months, at least anecdotally, many of us haven't heard of adverse reactions after over 7 months amongst our or our colleagues' patients and relatives who received both shots.  I strongly advocate getting vaccination with the rna vaccines,at least. I feel people under 40 or pregnant should avoid the AstraZeneca vaccine.

i have done 3 pregnancy tests, 1 one positive and 2 came out negative. what could this possibly mean? i have been feeling fatigued, nauseas and vomitimng. my next period is due in 6 days. please help, should i go for a scan?

If this is getting: worse, yes an exam with your doctor and possible blood tests/ultrasound can be appropriate.

The ways to improve the cure rate are first to catch things earlier, and second, to improve cure rates for advanced cancer.
