Not good: It, an ostogenic sarcoma is & i assume u r 44yo as stated & also can handle the answer, i a very aggressive malignant bone tumor. The more distal as the foot may be b rx if metastatic survey is neg by bk amputation. The prognosis is bad where ever it is. If in distal femur many rx from allograft of mid femur 2 include upper knee joint have been tried. My exp.= survival rate 6mo 2 yr from DX made.
