Unlikely now: At age 19, your epiphyses are probably closed and you are unlikely to have any more vertical growth. Although being tall is usually a plus for a man, you still have complete control over your muscular development and definition. Unlikely to happen: The growth centers of your bones determine how tall you can grow.Most growth centers will close at 16-19 years of age in males. After that happens, you can not grow taller. If your growth centers were open, a balanced diet/rest ; healthy physical activity would support good growth.There are no special diets,meds or exercises that make you taller.

No: There is nothing that will help you grow taller at 20 years old. The growth zones of your bones have already calcified and are not capable of growing longer.

You probably can't: Most girls stop growing 2-3 years after they start menstruating. At that time the growth plates of the bones close and it is impossible to grow any taller. Almost all females stop growing at age 14-15. 
So you need to accept that at 17 you are full-grown. Your current height is as tall as you will be.

Growth unlikely: An 19 yr old is not growing taller if his growth plates have fused. If not fused, he will grow a little bit (pediatrician's growth chart for him can tell if growth has stopped). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing; shoes, and have good posture. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).
