Drug store specials: Sometimes drug stores offer special deals on certain meds to allow those without  insurance to obtain.  Check websites.

please tell me, could cocaine replace concerta (ritalin) for a few days until i get my prescription renewed?

Not a good plan: First of all, nobody needs stimulant medication every day, and many physicians give people holidays from them - like weekends or when on vacation.  Cocaine is of unknown purity, can be overly strong or not strong enough, contains potentially lethal cutting agents (like levamisole), is illegal, requires using dealers where you can suffer violence or arrest. Altogether, a bad plan. Wait for renewal.

i take ambien (zolpidem) but i get my prescription  refill at my doctors thursday. i have taken 7 benedryl to sleep, and it doesn't help. i take unisom now, 3 50mg 
lastnight didn't work, is it safe to take 4?

Insomnia: Please do not overdose on sleeping medications. Try to avoid using electronics of all kinds, meals, and exercise one hour before bedtime. Make sure your room is dark and quiet with a comfortable temperature. Try a warm bath prior to sleep. Read a book prior to bedtime. You can try melatonin or DreamWater with tryptophan, if you like, but only as directed. There is a reason you aren't sleeping.

See a doctor: A doctor would need to examine you to see a if a prescription is warranted. If needed, he/she could provide one.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine,
