Multiple: If you are talking about scoliosis, then it must managed by your pediatrician and spinal surgeon. 1st step to determine the type of curve(s) that is present and speed of progression of said curve(s). Then you may be candidate for an exercise program under the auspices of a trained physical therapist. Bracing may be necessary and last surgery may be needed.

Yes: If you are referring to scoliosis, there are definitely treatments available.  Depending on the severity of the curve it can be treated with therapy, bracing, or surgery.  See a spine surgeon to obtain xrays and a physical exam.

Yes: If there was a fracture that caused asymmetric distortion of the bone, then yes. Also, if no injury occurred and muscle spasm is present, then yes. If you have a curvature that is typical for idiopathic scoliosis with associated rotation of the apical vertebra on xrays, then probably not. This would imply a structural curve and that it predated the injury.

Alternatively, trauma can cause accelerated unstable degenerative discs which may result in a lateral curvature (scoliosis) deformity.

Variations: Mild curvature of spine means scoliosis, curve of spine to left or right. Mild usually means insignificant. Lumbar spine normally lordotic with curve in anterior direction. Straightening is usually related to muscle spasm.

That is a great question.  Depending on the degree of the musculoskeletal spasm, there certainly can be a curvature that develops.  There are many ways to alleviate a spasm.  Some alleviators are rest, stretches, heat, anti-inflammatory medication, and muscle relaxant medication.

Back pain: This is a common symptom in teens who are active.
Assuming no specific trauma, you can take a trial of 
Advil po q 6 hrs and Aleve q 12 hrs until pain subsides.
Also, patches on the back OTC for pain are helpful. 
Heating pads can also help. Reduce activities that might
aggravate while you are healing. The pops/snaps are 
muscularskeletal from laxity of the tensions/muscles. See MD if pain persist

See internist: You need to be evaluated by an internist who can then direct you to the correct specialist (rheumatologist, orthopedist etc) .  The unintentional wgt loss is of concern although given your physical suffering, depression is top on the list of probability.  Don't delay further in seeking medical attention.

Could: It could worsen. Most aches and pains do worsen as we age. May be beneficial to get an orthotic brace that helps straighten the curvature and reduce abnormal load on rest of body.
