If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Did you miss period?: Did you miss a period? If you did pregnancy test more than 5 days after a missed period, did the test correctly and it was negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. Side effects: Mirena (levonorgestrel) is a Progesterone only method of birth control and therefore like all hormonal contraceptives, it has side effects. Some side effects include bloating, breast tenderneess, spotting. However, no birth control method is a hundred percent effective. It is possible to concieve with an iud. I.

Yes, too early: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Not pregnant: There r a lot of things that can cause a delayed period but with 2 negative pregnancy tests it is highly unlikely that u r pregnant.Stress alone can cause this as can weight changes,diet, exercise, medications,and illnesses like thyroid disease, diabetes/insulin resistance,PCOS,adrenal disorders, and pituitary problems.See your PCP or gynecologist for a full history, exam,and tests to know 4 sure.
