Antihistamines: Both medications have antihisstamines. Not sure what you are treating, but if you need both on the same day, then it may be better to see an allergist and get another type of medication to control your symptoms. You should be able to take them together but over time the strategy is not effective.

if i took claratin 24 hour, is it safe to take claratin d 24 hour instead on the same day? since my problem is that i'm more congested.

Yes: But you should not take more than the recommended dose for Claritin (loratadine) d 24 however because of the side effects from the decongestant.

i took the wrong allegra (fexofenadine) for my symptoms  16 hours ago (allegra (fexofenadine) (fexofenadine) 24 hour). now i want to take allegra (fexofenadine) d 12 hour. is it safe to take allegra (fexofenadine) d now?

It is ok: Allegra (fexofenadine) 24 hours is a slow release non drowsy anthistamine. Allegra (fexofenadine) d 12 hours has a decongestant, sudafed or pseudo ephedrine. D stands for decongestant. Allegra (fexofenadine) itself is pretty safe even if the dose is doubled. However, avoid exceeding the dose of decongestant as it can make you hyper and also keep you awake at night. 

You may also see an allergist to treat the cause of the problem.

No: Be care with ibuprofen. I have seen kidney failure due to overuse.

i didn't keep my son's amox-clav suspension in fridge for 22 hours. is it safe to take still? should i discard it?

Still safe: There are no specific storage / handling recommendation by the manufacturer after reconstitution of the medication and so if your Amox / clav has not been exposed to extreme temperatures; out of room temperature range, it should still be efficacious. You might want to call your pharmacist.

Diphenhydramine: Which qlearquil formulation do you want to use? At any rate , read the labels carefully as you did with tylenol (acetaminophen) pm, the idea is not to exceed a total dose of diphenhydramine of 300 mg/24 hours,so if you took 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) pm18 hrs ago, that has 50 mg of diphenhydramine,you should be fine, the label on the tylenol (acetaminophen) was meant to protect you from overdosing if you took full dose of it besides other meds

Sure: There is chronic drinking (every day or so, all the time and how this might affect the liver) and there is acute drinking (a one time binge). The way that drinking can effect other meds is by damaging the liver, metabolizes and disposes of the med, the drug can stay around longer and thus screw you up.

Metabolism: The grapefruit does get metabolized by the same cytochrome system as the OC does so the grapefruit could have an effect on contraception
