No: If you have calcium, cystine, or triple-phosphate stones, no. If you have uric acid stones, also no, though you may have been advised to restrict your diet to keep purine intake low. Almonds aren't loaded with purines. You can probably ignore stuff about "acid / alkaline forming foods" from kidney-stone websites; stay hydrated and comply with the rest of your rx.

: Diet modification depends on the stone type and the work-up results (blood and urine and imaging tests). The existing stone will get bigger due to further crystal deposit or new stone will develop. High fluid intake to at least 2 -2.5 liters/day is the mainstay for most cases.  You should see a urologist or nephrologist with experience in caring patients with kidney stone (nephrolithiasis).

The use of potassium citrate is used specifically or nonsepcifically for assuming shortage of citrate in your urine - a known stone inhibiting substance, General advice for you is: daily urine output &gt;2500 cc; lower oral intake of salt, red meat, &amp; dairy ..

Remove gallbladder: The only effective treatment for patients with symptomatic gallbladder disease with stones is to remove the gallbladder.  You create stones due to an abnormal mixture of your fats and bile salts, and frequently genetic predisposition to lithogenic bile.  A small percentage of people have loose stools for a short time after gallbladder removal.

: Ideal oral calcium intake is 1800 - 2000mg/day. Routine meals provide 100mg, thus 3 meals are 300mg/day. Additional calcium can come from dairy servings which typically provide ~300mg (milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.). Other sources can be fortified foods (ie. orange juice). When falling short, supplementation is beneficial. Calcium citrate is a great choice. 250mg is a small amt and is safe.

How fast you drink?: It isn't the cinnamon, it's how fast you drink the liter of hot water and how hot the water was. Either too hot or too fast can make you uncomfortable. You should be able to tell.

Cheetos?: Hot Cheetos won't do much except it's a poor source of nutrition. The artificial color could turn your stool and urine red and the spice may make your stool burn your rectum when you go to the bathroom.
