Chest pain ?: Chest pain is always a potentially serious symptom.  If this is accompanied by headache and "hot flashes" it should be investigated by a physician, so go to your gyn provider or back to the ED and insist on an explanation.

Viral illness: Do not know whether or not this is influenza, but different people react differently to infections. If you had been vaccinated and then got influenza you might get a milder case than your average non-immunized cohort. Hope you get better soon.

Hydrate.: You could have a viral infection. Please do hydrate well. Monitor for sx's of COVID 19.  Symptoms may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

ABDOMINAL PAIN: Abdominal pain with chills, headache, nausea and bloating x 1 week can be serious. No mention of stools. You need diagnostic workup like abdomen ultrasound to find out what's causing the severe abdominal pain, etc.

Chills : Chills can be a sign of infection, especially if you have fever as well. Do you have any other signs of infection (sore throat, ear pain, burning with urination, rashes etc.?). If your chills don't go away you should visit your doctor for a medical exam and treatment as deemed necessary.

It's a mild fever: Think of being hot-cold-hot-cold (but without a high reading on the thermometer) as having a mild fever. When feeling hot, the body is wanting to cool off (the brain is telling you that you are hotter than the brain wants you to be). When feeling cold, the body is wanting to get warmer and maybe have a fever (the brain is telling you that it wants you to be hotter, maybe even feverishly hotter).
