Should get better: Some born with poor IgA production tend toward more ear/sinus/diarrhea infections in infancy.Many of these can be quite worrisome and admission for dehydration, etc would be expected.They are not as prone to severe infections as those with combined deficiencies, and most are less vulnerable as they get older, when size reduces risk of dehydration and general immunity builds up.

A hospital gown. : Bring a nursing bra, nightie, robe, slippers, onesie, booties, cap &amp; blanket. If all goes well, you'll be outta there quicker than you think. If you have a C-section, you won't care. Don't use any stuffed animals or other furry things that other people bring you for baby &amp; don't  put them in the bassinet. They're great carriers of germs. Wait till you get home &amp; someone washes them for you.

See below: Obviously your son has some developmental delay. The hospitalization, after birth, is not likely to be the cause. However, your pediatrician is your most valuable asset for an appropriate evaluation. If an evaluation is not being undertaken. Then, i would seek another opinion.

Chronic appendicitis: While this is a rare condition in children , recurrent syptoms of vomiting and an elevated white count are disturbing. Speak to you doctor about doing an ultra sound of the appendix looking for a fecolith.

Yes: MJ is a psychoactive drug and is bad for you with or without a clotting problem.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Congenital: Camptodactyly and clinodactyly are two types of bent finger deformities that occur during development in the womb.  Treatment is rarely indicated. Most cases of camptodactyly are sporadic in occurrence. However, camptodactyly can be inherited.  There is usually no improvement or progression of the deformity in 80% of individuals.  See your doctor for a referral to a hand surgeon.

Reflux?: Babies" nasal cavities are particularly narrow and are prone to be obstructed. The most common cause is just air dryness that causes the mucus to dry up and obstruct the nose. Next, is the common cold. Your baby could have been born with an abnormality. Last but not least, babies who have reflux often vomit through the nose as well.

Maybe: First and foremost, this could signal a bigger problem such as hirschsprungs disease or something else and those need to be explored. Gi consult may be needed. But - to treat constipation, fiber is key. Diet must contain fiber, and at this age you need 25+ grams per day. As reference, an apple has 3 gms, wheat bread has 1g per slice, broccoli 3-5 gms, etc. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) daily helps as well but fiber...
