Birth control pills: Leutinizing hormone (lh) and follical stimulating hormone (fsh) levels spike right in the middle (between periods) of your menstrual cycle. This spike causes your ovary to release an egg and also begins the process of building up the lining of your uterus in preparation for a fertilized egg to implant. Birth control pills prevent the mid-cycle spike in lh and fsh.

The protein in the milk has the potential to cause inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract which may lead to anemia and this is more likely in younger child. From a medical/nutritional standpoint there is no reason cows milk needs to be given at all. If it is used limit so that it does not affect the consumption of whole foods.

Depends: I am not sure what regulate means.  If you have irregular period you can try voted to help however usually most hormonal imbalances require physician help, especially an integrated medicine person.

The "horror stories" that you mention are blown way out of proportion because they get so much news coverage, but they are actually quite rare (no one reports the safe, uneventful camping trips). Safe camping requires that you do some homework. Know the natural hazards (waterfalls, caves, natural predators (bears, etc.) and know poison plants.

Neither: Growth hormone has no effect on your biological age and should ONLY be used when growth abnormalities are noted in children by Board Certified Endocrinologists!!!

Not sure: I am not sure what your question or concern is. I understand you work graveyard, but what about hormone(s)? Melatonin is a sleep hormone that is normally secreted by the brain itself in the evening to put it to sleep.

If you have your hair done by a hair stylist you should also bring this problem to their attention.
