Depends: I am not sure what regulate means. If you have irregular period you can try voted to help however usually most hormonal imbalances require physician help, especially an integrated medicine person.

Depends: Depends on may things. If you are having irregular menses, moodiness, anxiety, bloating, these may reflect hormone imbalances that can be helped with hormone supplementation. For overweight pts, weight loss would be the 1st thing to do to help regulate hormones, b/c fat cells convert hormone precursors into more estrogen(so imbalances occur). Eating healthy, and determine what hormones need balanc.
