Stimulation of the nipple (such as infant suckling) causes release of oxytocin and hence breast milk release.

MANY FACTORS: Athletes develop more muscles than fatty  breast tissues. Men with small genitalia  have small built or hormonal influence. Let us ask the urologist, ok ?

Hot flashes: Hot flashes come from the lack of estrogen. There are several things to try otc. Black cohash helps some. There are a few warnings on it. Soy or phytoestrogens from the health food stores help some. Your doctor could try you on medicines that are not hormones that may help. Ask about an ssri or Clonidine at low dose.

Unproven effects: Scientific studies do not clearly show that Star flower oil is safe and effective. Without further evidence we can not recommend its use. Breast pain should be evaluated by a doctor to make sure nothing is abnormal before determining that it is hormonal sensitivity

Fibrocystic: Fibrocystic breast abnormalities are harmless and common in some young women. They may become tender with menstruation. Caffeine in coffee or chocolate are suspected to be aggravating factors by many. If you still have concerns, I recommend that you consult a breast surgeon for evaluation and advice.

can somebody tell me if it possible to take hormones without breast enlargement. i do not want breasts?

I don't think so.: You may be able to block estrogen activity selectively at the breast using raloxifene.  If you want to become female isn't breasts kind of, well,  part of becomming female?  I doubt the breast would become over enlarged but if you wanna be female your gonna kind of need those for the complete package.

Hormone Receptor +: Breast cancer can be differentiated into 2 groups:  those that have estrogen and/or Progesterone receptors and those that do not.  These receptors are proteins that are present on normal breast cells as well.  These natural hormones fit into these receptors like a lock-and-key to stimulate these cells.  "anti-estrogen" chemotherapeutics can take advantage of these receptors and disable these cells.

Both: Obesity can increase breast size due to fat deposition.  Hormones can also increase breast size. Hard to say without knowing your history or examine you.
