    The appropriate treatment would need to be determined by the restoring dentist.
    And, the cause of the erosion must be treated.

You can stay away from acidic food ( inlduing most carbonated beverages, gatorade etc)  if eating acidic food you should not brush your teth for 30 minutes to let the acidity nuetralize.

Teeth Erosion: I have not seen any enamel distruction after using dental strips to clean teeth much more root erosion because it is deep inside the gum not reach by cleaning.

ToothFairy'sRevenge: Does your little girl walk around with a bottle-plus-nipple of apple juice in her mouth? Does she drink soda? Does she suck her thumb? Suckers? Candies? Lemons or other sour foods? Ever had any trauma to that area? Brush regularly?Chew gum? (hope not) In any event, she needs to be seen by a dentist to see what's what.

Probably not: Use a soft bristle brush.  The frequency of brushing and the right method are what keep erosion and buildup to a minimum.
