And function as a natural stool softener.  We should all have an optimum number of grams everyday, but folks who already have large bulky stools might consider an alternative.

Similar: I don't know the exact conersion of hookahs to cigars.  For 1 hour use of a hookhah it is the same as smoking an entire pack of cigarettes.  Best to stay away from this as i suspect cancer risk may be the same or worse than standard tobacco.
