Honey in eye: Or anything else a doc does not prescribe is not a good idea and i know of nothing that says it changes eye color.  Enjoy the fact that you have good eyes.  Peace and good health.

Ineffective: It is possible that a bit of honey might make the eye temporarily more comfortable but the usual pink eye is a viral condition that must run its course and for which honey would be of no benefit.

Why honey: What is the benefit of honey around the eye?  Its a sugar which causes sticky lids.  It does not harm or benefit your eyes.  It may cause to plague up your glands.  This may lead to stye.

No: Honey is full of bacteria.  Do not put it in your eyes.

Yes but , , : If you accidentally splash honey in your eyes it will do no harm.  Honey is non-toxic and sterile.  I don't know why you would want to apply honey on a regular basis but it shouldn't be a problem except for the disturbed vision until it is cleared out by the tears.

Eye honey: Seriously? 
The iris of the eye is the color it is largely because of the extent of pigmentation granules associated with the cells there. Lightening the iris would require some kind of damage or degranulation to those cells. Not a good idea. If honey would do that, which i really doubt, sounds like you should just keep it in your herbal tea and use it orally.

It certainly won't: Help you.  I don't know if it would blind you. Don't put foriegn substances in/ on your eyes.

NO: If correctly mixed it is not harmful.  1 drop of honey to 5 drops of water a 20% honey mix has been shown in some studies to help dry eyes. Multiple non-peer review articles say it helps. I like to see a peer reviewed article.  Many of my patients use the 20% honey mix and I have not seen any side effects. But claims of brighter looking eyes or lighter color eyes with honey use is false.

not true: This is not what will happen although i wonder why one would want to put honey in their eyes to begin with.
