This : This may help. Also look into vaginal dilators. You should go to therapy. They will teach you exercises and techniques to help reduce the spasms. They may not necesarily "massage" you. You have the option to accept or decline any treatment/therapy they offer you.

Honest answer: This depends partly on dumb luck as for anybody else and most of the on whether you choose to be compliant in the future. Almost all teenaged diabetics are noncompliant. Now that you've reached the age of an adult, the joys and responsibilities seem more long-term. Get with the program now and you can expect a life like most everyone else's.

Personal preference.: Drinking human blood is a definite no no for many reasons not necessarily stated here, but obvious! animal blood such as that of a cow/steer is just like any other animal organ rich in protein and other nutrients and really no different than eating steak. It's a personal preference.

RISKY!!!: Are you playing vampire?  Not as cool as you think.    The risks start with the drinker exposing them self to any and all of the diseases that the donor of the blood might have.  Some of these are chronic, even fatal outcomes.  Hepatitis b & c most common.  Hiv is another, how does that sound?  Still thirsty?  How about herpes? Extremely common.  Drink some red kool aid and you can still pretend.

Exercise: The key to weight loss is not the calories we consume but the calories we burn.  Cardiovascular exercise is the most important way to safely and effectively lose weight.  Diet is important too, but my belief is that exercise is far more important. If two identical individuals lose the same weight, one through diet and the other through exercise, the one who loses though exercise is healthier.

Check up : The refractory period between ejaculation is much shorter in young teens than when you are older. So frequent ejaculations should not be associated with poor health for you. However, you might not be feeling well due to another problem such as 
 malnutrition, an infection or lack of exercise. So I suggest a check up with your Family Doctor &amp; remember always practice safe sex only!

Basics: Linear growth (height) continues until the growth centers in the bones close. This varies with age/gender based on genetics/nutrition &amp; hormone activity. Most who stay at the 50% for years will continue there until they stop.The only way to truly see if you  can expect more growth is to x-ray your wrist/hand &amp; verify growth centers are open to new growth.

Not sure: I've never heard that expression used before. Antidepressants are mood elevators, and we believe they act on nerve cells in the brain by acting as neurotransmitters.  They modulate the brain chemistry in an attempt to relieve the depression. As the main endocrine organ of the body, the pituitary gland, is located in the brain, there are many interactions, including endocrine ones.
