Compresses: Try warm compresses about 5 minutes 3 or 4 times a day before going to have it lanced. It will become obvious if it is working. If it needs to be lanced an emergency room is a way expensive place to have it done. Try to find a private doctor or clinic you can afford because this is a really simple procedure. Of course sometimes we have no choice but to use an ER.

Two Issued: Before any of us can recommend any remedy the cause of the problem has to be identified. A young female should not be losing her hair like this so a cause must be found.
The most common problem in cultures where nutrition can be a source of problems is to also realize that your hair is made of proteins. If you are not eating at least 100 grams of protein per day this could be a part of problem.

Avoid sulfates &amp; formaldehyde in shampoos, excessive blow dry heat &amp; curling irons.

Try minoxidil: Try topical solution of minoxidil (Rogaine or generic). If it works, it may take up to 4 months.  Remember to wear disposable gloves when applying it.

Iodine supplements: If your hair is thin, nails dry and chipping, metabolism low, energy low, outer third of eyebrow hair thinning then perhaps you have iodine deficiency.   Iodine is used in the thyroid hormone and can effect every cell in your body.  If this sounds like you see your doctor to have it evaluated.

If none are found, then one can see a dermatologist, especially one specializing in hair restoration (some treatments: minoxidil, finasteride, hair transplants, ...). Medical causes may include: hormonal problems (low thyroid), seborrhea, alopecia areata, stressful illness. Other causes: genetic male/female pattern baldness, telogen effluvium.

Laser vs electrolysi: Currently there are only two methods exist for permanent hair removal--laser and electrolysis, which are widely available in dermatology offices/centers. Waxing, plucking, or shaving are temporary measures. There is no home remedies for permanent hair removal yet. I believe there will be equipment/machines available for home use in few years. Consult your local dermatologists. Good luck.
