-wash your hair daily.  Most people who wash their hair everyday have a lot less dandruff than people who wash less often
-use over the counter anti-dandruff shampoos.  Pick up two different types, put both in the shower, and from day to day switch between them.

Dandruff shampoo.: Using over the counter dandruff shampoo will be helpful.  Try one that contains zinc pyrithione. Let the dandruff shampoo sit on your scalp for 10 minutes prior to washing it off.  While it is important to calm inflammation in the scalp to reduce shedding of hair, you may have a genetic component also.  See your dermatologist for full evaluation and management.

See a doc: See your family physicians or dermatologist who can prescribe a cortisone lotion to help with your dandruff. How often do you wash your hair? If you wash it in frequently that bes be 1 of the reasons why you are not better.

Doctor can evaluate: Baby dandruff is called cradle cap in the U.S.  Sometimes the doctor will recommend using Hydrocortisone for a few days, but he will want to see the child before deciding on using cortisone steroids on the scalp.  Atonide is not a U.S. Drug, but websites say it is desonide, which would be stronger than the over-the-counter Hydrocortisone 1% cream.

Try: Selenium sulfide/Selsun blue or Head and Shoulders is what I would try. You may want to get checked by your doctor if these remedies are not working. Good luck

It : It is certainly possible that you have either seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis of the scalp.  There are many treatment options including topical lotions, gels, foams, and shampoos.  Other options include oil treatments, steroid injections, oral medications, even systemic injectable medications for the most severe cases.  I would consult your local dermatologist for more treatment options.
